Here at FFC Barbell Club, we’re proud to provide free consultations to anyone interested in starting their fitness journey with us.

We understand the struggles when trying to start a fitness program. You walk into a gym full of machines, each having a different target. This machine goes to your arms, and if I work this machine it should work my legs. That model not only is boring as hell, it’s actually not effective.

As an option, our board certified chiropractor will supervise your program to make sure you are starting off safely.

You may be saying, I don’t know if this is right for me, I don’t know anyone. What’s great about our facility is most of us started out fat and out of shape and we love putting arms around people and saying: “you can do this!”
