We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable individual to join our chiropractic office as a Front Lead Office Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing day-to-day operations, coordinating patient appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.


We prefer NO medical experience, as we will train you.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, manage scheduling, and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in handling administrative tasks.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage key holding responsibilities to secure the premises.
  • Handle cash deposits and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the chiropractic team to enhance overall patient experience.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with vendors and external partners.
  • Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and optimizing office efficiency.
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
